In this FULL BODY stretch workshop, we will work on strengthing as we stretch using different types of stretching techniques to enable you to get the best from your flexibility & range of motion. Students will learn how to safely stretch their legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscles and balance that is needed to take your flexibility to the next level. Stretching safely helps keep your body healthy and more resistant to injury. We will work on shapes like needles & bridges as well as movements on the floor.
