Pole WKND gives you a wide range of workshops, seminars and showcases. You will never be bored... 

Our workshops are held all under one roof.

All Pole Workshops are £45 and must be booked in advance.  Max 12 in a Class.

You must have purchased a day ticket, to be able to purchase a workshop. This will be checked upon booking. 

Rachael Clough - Double Trouble

POLE ROOM 1

10am - 11.15am  

Grab a friend, or come alone and we will pair you up. Come learn some fabulous doubles tricks and transitions with me. Learn how to link some moves together to get those doubles combos. During the workshop you'll learn the correct form and cues to make sure you're not only doing it safely but looking flawless and fabulous at the same time.You will get regressions and progressions for the tricks

Jazz The Poler - Pole Thirst 101

POLE ROOM 2

10am -11.15am

In this workshop we will go over prompts and sequences that will be broken down to create a sexy, explorative and performative routine.

Jakub Kolasa - Badass Pole Tricks (Heels Tricks)

ROOM 2

12.30pm - 1.45pm

​The ultimate heels tricks workshop! We will be focusing on pole tricks catering to heels lovers that you will be able to use in routines in the future. Master dozens of different kips, handstands, splits, fish flops, you name it! This workshop can be taught as Mixed Level. Heels and knee pads necessary.

Andrew Gregory - Just Flips

ROOM 1

1.45pm - 3pm 

There’s a flip for everyone in this fun and challenging workshop. Focusing purely on the flips themselves,learn how to confidently execute flips in all directions. Suitable for strong intermediate and above,you must be able to aerial invert and shoulder mount

Beanie The Jet - SEXODUS

ROOM 2 

3pm - 4.15pm 

Are you ready to step into the realms of uncensored, unbound and unfiltered eroticism? This one of a kind, prompt-based workshop, takes a look at the intention and embodiment behind our erotic movement from a performance perspective, and how we use it to communicate. This workshop incorporates elements of Striptease, please bring extra layers. What to wear:, Lingerie/whatever makes you feel comfortable, Heels (Pleaser or similar) Socks are perfect too, Kneepads/Legwarmers, Extra shirt/T-shirt/Knickers

Vanessa Bagge - Do it for the gram

ROOM 1

4.15pm - 5.30pm 

Picture perfect moves and beautiful shapes! Learn some cool fake flexy tricks and pretty poses that's are perfect to wow your followers or for photoshoots. You can then work them together in mini combos. It’s all about the angles baby!Perfect for inter upwards. Must be confident with inverting. Level adjustments given.

Andrew Gregory - Flippin Combos

ROOM 2 

4.15pm - 5.30pm 

Learn some of my favourite combos that incorporate flips to level up your routines in this fun and challenging workshop. A perfect follow on from my Just flips workshop or a great standalone class. Suitable for strong intermediate and above, you must be able to aerial invert and shoulder mount. 

Alicia Dominica - Base Line

ROOM 2 

5.30pm - 6.45pm 

This workshop is for those of you who want to learn to work the base of the pole. Alicia will share with you some of her signature transitions and tricks. This will include shoulder rolls/stands, cute shapes and balances and a range of interesting dismounts and entries. This workshop is suitable for all levels.

Chloe Anderson - Insta Tricks

ROOM 1 

6.30pm - 7.15pm 

Chloe will be teaching some of her most popular combos, tricks and shapes from her insta page, requests will also be taken.

Variations and progressions will be given but it is recommended to be comfortable with leg hangs, extended butterfly, inverts and basic forearm stands/handstands.
